The Food and Beverage Supervisor is actively engaged in the all the aspects of the daily operation of: Aura Restaurant. Tamo, Tamo Terrace, The loft, The Action Kitchen, In Room Dining, the Hospitality Suites and the Bakery Café. Effectively partners with their culinary counterpart to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience. Is passionate about providing exceptional guest service and provides an exciting, energetic, fun, and professional place to work. Models our core values based on the belief that our team members should engage in being attentive, thoughtful, and act independently in a responsible manner. This position requires a high profile in all the food and beverage outlets. The position reports to the Manager of Food & Beverage Operations.
Schedule Requirements
Schedule flexibility required. Schedule will vary based on the needs of the business. Working evenings, weekends and holidays will be a regular part of this position.
