Standing/Walking: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours) during shifts, including walking between bar, kitchen, and dining areas.
Lifting/Carrying: Frequently required to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds (e.g., cases of beverages, glassware, kegs); occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required.
Bending/Stooping/Reaching: Regularly bends, stoops, kneels, and reaches overhead or below the waist to retrieve or stock supplies.
Manual Dexterity: Requires use of hands to handle tools, POS systems, glassware, and bar equipment.
Vision and Hearing: Must have good visual acuity (to read orders, receipts, and product labels) and hearing (to communicate in noisy environments).
Communication: Frequent talking, listening, and interpersonal interaction with team members and guests.
Multitasking in Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to move quickly and efficiently, often under pressure, while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
