As an on-call bartender, you’ll use your mixology talents to craft and serve both classic and creative beverages while delivering exceptional guest experiences. • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity.
• Provide warm, friendly, and engaging service to every guest.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Follow all state, federal, and property-specific alcohol service regulations.
• Promote and accurately take food and beverage orders at the bar.
• Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all drinks.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
• Perform daily bar setup and breakdown, including stocking and cleaning.
• Maintain fresh garnishes and ingredients to ensure quality.
• Lock and secure all bar items and complete cash drops at the end of each shift.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
