This is a strategic, guest-facing position focused on business development, revenue generation, and maintaining Sunriver’s position as the premier destination for celebrations and social gatherings in the Pacific Northwest. The Director of Catering is responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, driving top-line revenue through proactive sales strategies, and overseeing all aspects of the wedding and social markets. This role does not include event execution but requires close collaboration with operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The Director of Catering shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times.
