Overview

The Member Services Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests to the Club Lounge, facilitating member requests and coordinating administrative needs. This is a guest-facing role which requires a warm and engaging demeanor, willingness to go above and beyond and provide luxury service to discerning resort & reserve club members. The role involves balancing administrative responsibilities, coordinating member reservations and engaging with all resort departments to ensure a world-class member experience.

 

Job Specifications:

Onsite: Black Desert Resort

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time

Pay Rate: $18 - 20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for Black Desert Club members for all inquiries, service requests, and concierge needs.
  • Coordinate and manage reservations for Resort Club members and Reserve Club members, including accommodations, dining, spa, activities, and golf.
  • Greet members and guests by name upon arrival and create a welcoming environment in the Member Lounge and shared spaces.
  • Maintain and update the member database while ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Act as a liaison between members and resort departments, ensuring seamless execution of requests, reservations, and service needs.
  • Ensure all services delivered align with Black Desert Resort’s luxury brand standards and hospitality values.
  • Assist with special events and exclusive club functions, providing high-touch service and coordination.
  • Provide clear and timely communication regarding property updates, club events, and reservation confirmations.
  • Monitor and coordinate the sending and receiving of member contract & club riders, coordinating with real estate sales & owner relations teams.
  • Support the Member Services Management with VIP arrivals, onboarding new members, and special project execution.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end customer service.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems, database management, client relationship management software is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to track multiple requests and preferences efficiently.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
