Caldera Golf Course is seeking a Temporary 2nd Assistant Superintendent to join our team for the remainder of the golf season. This is a seasonal position ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in golf course maintenance and turf management while working alongside an experienced team in a stunning resort setting. The 2nd Assistant Superintendent is responsible for assisting in the implementation of all aspects of the daily operation including, but not limited to direct supervision of all greenkeepers and landscapers. They will provide motivation and leadership to ensure the successful operation of the golf course.
The 2nd Assistant Superintendent will assist in maintaining the AAA Four Diamond Standards. They will conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Commitment and Open & Honest Communication.
