You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for supporting the serving staff, ensuring prompt service and overseeing the cleanliness and general upkeep of the restaurant, patio and bar areas during serving hours.
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Supervise, coordinate, and participate in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking foods in the resort’s dining facilities. Participate in planning of the Culinary Department. Ensure that all processes and procedures are adhered to according to Terranea Resort Standards.
