The ideal candidate for the Marketing Graphic Designer at Terranea Resort is an exceptional designer who helps set and maintain the resort's creative guidelines and standards across all departments, mediums and platforms. The Marketing Graphic Designer responsibilities include managing graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, techniques, and experience in implementing marketing campaigns. An effective presenter and team player, the Marketing Graphic Designer is able to handle feedback in a professional manner and translate it into creative that elevates the final piece. Working alongside our marketing and communications teams, this individual will concept, design, and produce, digital and print creative while upholding the overarching Terranea Resort guidelines and standards.

  Plan, prep, set up and prepare quality products in all areas of the Pastry/Bake Shop to include, but not limited to, pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, jams, displays/centerpieces in accordance with departmental quality standards and specifications.  Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment

  To provide an exceptional guest experience.  Greet guests, schedule all spa & salon appointments, confirm guest appointments, escort guests to guest lounges, handle and process cash, understand treatments, reservations, booking times, and retailing.

A massage therapist provides a variety of touch modalities for our guests as listed in the Spa Menu which include massage and body treatments. Using outstanding guest service the massage therapist will also suggest products and services to meet the individual needs of each guest.

  This position is responsible to design individualized training programs and/or lead fitness classes for clients and guests, monitor client training sessions, and maintain records of client’s progress. Also monitors fitness facilities ensuring cleanliness, safety, and positive guest experiences.  

  Process all soiled hotel bed linens, terry and food and beverages linens by operating all laundry/dry cleaning machinery in accordance to hotel`s standards. Keeping wash area clean at all times.

The utility person combines the position of Food Expeditor, Food and Beverage Busser Barback. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to; washing and polishing glassware, clearing plates and glassware, wiping tables, garnish preparation and changing keg beers. You will communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house, making sure that food is cooked in the right order, quickly, and presented to the customer as beautifully as possible. The utility person will make sure the orders are being cooked in a timely fashion, so that all orders for a table are ready at the same time and make sure that once the food is cooked, you run the food to the table while it's warm and ready. You will also be required to assist and support servers to ensure prompt service and guests’ satisfaction.

  The Lobby Bar Busser/Food Runner assists and supports servers to ensure prompt service and guests satisfaction. They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of dining room and equipment.
