You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome while also providing information. You will promote hotel services and amenities to the guests.

You will be responsible to respond to guest requests to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and use the freedom to go beyond to turn those guest interactions into moments of magic. In addition, you will perform general maintenance tasks, complete assigned work orders, and help in the maintenance and repairs of all the areas of the property.

This role is responsible for monitoring entry points, verifying IDs, preventing underage or unsafe behavior, and managing conflicts or disturbances with calm, effective de-escalation techniques. The ideal candidate is reliable, level-headed, and experienced in nightlife or hospitality security.
