You will work in a team oriented environment and fully support and provide assistance to the sales team at The Woodlands Resort with administrative tasks, provide engaging customer service, and receive and qualify leads for sales or catering managers. You will also support the continuing effort to deliver distinctively different guest experiences and nurture lasting relationships with our customers.

The F&B Supervisor at The Woodlands Resort is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the designated Food and Beverage Outlet team. S/he will work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and optimum performance.

The Server Assistant/Food Runner at The Woodlands Resort is responsible for working with the expo to assure prompt delivery of the food that is ready in the “hot” and “cold” windows in the kitchen. The Server Assistant/Food Runner is responsible for delivery to the tables in the Food and Beverage Outlet. The Server Assistant/Food Runner and expo work both together and independently to assure that every plate looks correct and to deliver hot/cold food in a timely manner to the guests in all outlets. The Server Assistant/Food Runner together with the service staff is responsible for bringing any additional items the guests need to complete their meal.

You will be an integral member of The Woodlands Resort team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will be responsible to respond to guest requests to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and use the freedom to go beyond to turn those guest interactions into moments of magic.  In addition, you will perform general maintenance tasks, complete assigned work orders and help in the maintenance and repairs of all the areas of the property.

You will be an integral member of the Spruce Market team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serve food and beverages, and checking on guest satisfaction. You will use the freedom to go beyond to turn guest interactions into moments of magic at The Woodlands Resort.

You will be the first to welcome and the last to encourage the return of all guests and visitors to The Woodlands Resort. You will provide assistance with luggage and transportation needs and connect our customers with distinctively different and unscripted discoveries throughout their stay.  

As a Banquet Server at The Woodlands Resort, with genuine care and consideration of our guests’ expectations, you will be responsible for setting up assigned tables for our banquet functions. You will warmly and enthusiastically serve our guests ensuring they have everything they desire including but not limited to; alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables.

You will be an integral member of the at The Woodlands Resort team that actively solicits and handles inquiries of groups that exceed 10 guestrooms per night. You will participate in the continuing effort to deliver distinctively different guest experiences and nurture lasting relationships with our customers with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of optimum sales objectives.

The Pool F&B Supervisor at The Woodlands Resort is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the designated Food and Beverage Outlet team. S/he will work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and optimum performance.

You will be an integral member of the team at The Woodlands Resort that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome while also providing information. You will promote hotel services and amenities to the guests.
