Supervise, train and inspect the performance of Restaurant Staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to Hotel standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. This position will provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. The Slide Attendant at The Woodlands Resort is responsible for operating the water slides to meet the demands of the
general public.
The Security Officer is responsible for the overall security of The Westin at The Woodlands guests and assets, and is responsible to monitor assigned patrol areas.
You will use your mixologist talent to prepare and serve great alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at The Woodlands Resort for each guest, every time, all while enjoying the fun that each guest brings. While mixing and creating, the bartender is responsible for ensuring that all state, federal and property specific policies and procedures are upheld.
The Server Assistant/Food Runner at The Woodlands Resort is responsible for working with the expo to assure prompt delivery of the food that is ready in the “hot” and “cold” windows in the kitchen. The Server Assistant/Food Runner is responsible for delivery to the tables in the Food and Beverage Outlet. The Server Assistant/Food Runner and expo work both together and independently to assure that every plate looks correct and to deliver hot/cold food in a timely manner to the guests in all outlets. The Server Assistant/Food Runner together with the service staff is responsible for bringing any additional items the guests need to complete their meal.
Drive, park, and retrieve guest/visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel, courteously, safely, and efficiently according to the hotel's standards.

As a Banquet Server at The Woodlands Resort, with genuine care and consideration of our guests’ expectations, you will be responsible for setting up assigned tables for our banquet functions. You will warmly and enthusiastically serve our guests ensuring they have everything they desire including but not limited to; alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables.
You will be an integral member of the at The Woodlands Resort team that actively solicits and handles inquiries of groups that exceed 10 guestrooms per night.
