You are part of the team that is empowered to provide exceptional cleaning service in our guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. You will work closely with others who, like you, are fully committed to ensuring that all spaces are clean, warm, welcoming, and encourage comfort.

You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will be responsible to respond to guest requests to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and use the freedom to go beyond to turn those guest interactions into moments of magic. In addition, you will perform general maintenance tasks, complete assigned work orders, and help in the maintenance and repairs of all the areas of the property.

You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome while also providing information. You will promote hotel services and amenities to the guests.

The IT manager will be responsible for supporting a collection of properties in Chicago, Omaha and St Louis.  The individual will be required to live within driving distance of 1 of three hotels.  Travel to the other hotels for support and projects quarterly on a scheduled basis.   This position will be eligible for a 10% bonus.
