Our Living Room Host is an integral part of Wave’s Welcome Team entrusted with providing guests with concierge service from the moment of booking and throughout their stay. The Welcome Team consists of a team of host who share all Welcome Team responsibilities, from bell service to front desk services and telephones communications (PBX). The successful candidate will play an integral part in the success of each hotel's Revenue Management strategy. The position will be responsible for the preparation of revenue reports, implementation of daily strategies including pricing and inventory management, weekly and monthly forecasts, and assisting the Area Director of Revenue Strategy, GMs, and Sales Leadership team in executing the hotel's yield strategies at each hotel. The Server Assistant/Food Runner is responsible for working with the expo to assure prompt delivery of the food that is ready in the “hot” and “cold” windows in the kitchen. The Server Assistant/Food Runner is responsible for delivery to the tables in the Food & Beverage Outlet . The Server Assistant/Food Runner and expo work both together and independently to assure that every plate looks correct and to deliver hot/cold food in a timely manner to the guests in all outlets. The Server Assistant/Food Runner together with the service staff is responsible for bringing any additional items the guests need to complete their meal.

As an integral member of the Food & Beverage team, an In-Room Dining Team Member is the support to ensure all areas are maintained clean and organized while assisting in the delivery of IRD and amenities.� In this position you would be providing service and assist in maintaining the appearance of the pool and surrounding areas.�

The Area Accounting Manager will plan and direct the accounting activities of the department.  In this role you will manage the accounting team who is responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
