S/he is responsible for providing support in maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and other assigned areas. This position will supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned Magnolia Houston Hotel Housekeeping staff ensuring that all procedures are completed to the established standards. This person will assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.

The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for providing hands-on leadership and direction to the assigned Food & Beverage outlet team. This role supports daily operations by ensuring exceptional guest service, upholding quality standards, and driving team performance to achieve service and operational goals.

You will be a part of the Magnolia Houston Hotel  culinary team which masterfully crafts distinctive dishes and cultivates an authentic food experience for our guests. Your food knowledge will be put to the test as you prepare, cook, and garnish meals which are distinct by design, yet true to its place.

The Convention Services Manager {CSM) serves as the primary liaison between the hotel and group meeting planners once an event is contracted. This role is responsible for the detailed planning, coordination, and execution of all group meetings and events to ensure a seamless experience that exceeds client expectations. The CSM works closely with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, A/V, Front Office, Engineering, and external vendors to deliver exceptional service while upholding Magnolia Houston's brand standards and financial objectives.

This position provides support to all food and beverage outlets through cleanliness, organization, and pace in the stewarding department. These responsibilities include using proper cleaning techniques and designated equipment to meet property needs.
