The Taproom Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervision of functions of the department while providing excellent customer service, and actively contributing to the department requirements and standards.
The Executive Chefis responsible foroverseeing all culinary staff to achieve proper food planning, preparation, production, and control for all food outlets and banquets, to meet OSHA and The Eddy Taproom & Hotel standards of quality.
