The Revenue Analyst provides support to the Director of Revenue Strategy, building business analyses and maintaining data cleanliness to facilitate strategic decision-making and achievement of the hotels’ top-line revenue objectives. In addition, this position’s responsibilities will include executing revenue strategies by maintaining and validating data, building rates and offers across all connected systems, producing reports, and conducting audits for revenue related areas. The Revenue Analyst provides reports and available information to the leadership team to assist in creating detailed forecasts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
The Lead Bartender at The Eddy Taproom & Hotel creates an excellent guest experience that exceeds expectations by preparing and serving classic and innovative beverages, while also providing oversight of other Bartenders during their shift. The Bartender assesses guest needs, preferences, makes recommendations, and takes orders.
This position is responsible for oversight of the kitchen staff who prepare, cook and garnish meals for hotel guests and patrons. The kitchen supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to the shift staff, and stewarding staff and will work on the hot or cold line as needed. With a focus on quality and production levels, this position will assist the culinary team with its mission to exceed customers’ expectations related to food quality and dining experience.

The Server Assistant/Food Runner is responsible for working with the expo to assure prompt delivery of the food that is ready in the hot and cold windows in the kitchen. The Server Assistant/Food Runner is responsible for delivery to the tables in the Food & Beverage Outlet . The Server Assistant/Food Runner and expo work both together and independently to assure that every plate looks correct and to deliver hot/cold food in a timely manner to the guests in all outlets. The Server Assistant/Food Runner together with the service staff is responsible for bringing any additional items the guests need to complete their meal.
