You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome while also providing information. You will promote hotel services and amenities to the guests.

The Magnolia Hotel’s primary food outlet is Harry’s, one of downtown Denver’s long-time favorite place to eat and drink. The hotel also hosts a variety of groups, providing us the opportunity to serve up some beautifully crafted banquet menus. We are currently seeking a Server to work the morning service period for our outlet Harry’s.
This position is responsible to assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations. S/he will train and motivate staff to exceed goals, while balancing profitability metrics. With focus on quality and production levels, the Sous Chef will lead the culinary team on their mission to exceed customers’ expectations related to food quality and dining experiences.
