You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will be responsible to respond to guest requests to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and use the freedom to go beyond to turn those guest interactions into moments of magic. In addition, you will perform general maintenance tasks, complete assigned work orders, and help in the maintenance and repairs of all the areas of Magnolia Hotel Omaha.
Oversee the overall operations of the rooms division including Front Office, Valet, and Housekeeping. Develop, train, coach. and lead staff to ensure optimum financial success, cleanliness, and superior customer service at Magnolia Hotel Omaha.
This position shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for oversight of the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public space, and heart-of-house areas. Additionally, s/he will administer all aspects of the guest room maintenance program and provide leadership, guidance, and support to the housekeeping team (to include, but not limited to, laundry and uniform teams) in the areas of guest service, training, scheduling, and performance management for the overall successful day-to-day operations. This position is fully committed to ensuring that all procedures are performed to the department and company standards and serve as an ambassador for CoralTree.
You will use your mixologist talent to prepare and serve great alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for each guest, every time, all while enjoying the fun that each guest brings. While mixing and creating, the bartender is responsible for ensuring that all state, federal and property specific policies and procedures are upheld.

Additionally, s/he shall respond in a timely manner to meet the needs of housekeeping, management, front desk, dispatch and guest service calls.
