The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for management and effective operations for guest reception, guest services, reservations, including profitable financial management, effective leadership, excellent customer service skills, telephone etiquette, and supervision of department requirements and standards.

This position is responsible for oversight of the kitchen staff who prepare, cook and garnish meals for hotel guests and patrons. The kitchen supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to the shift staff, and stewarding staff and will work on the hot or cold line as needed. With a focus on quality and production levels, this position will assist the culinary team with its mission to exceed customers’ expectations related to food quality and dining experience.

The Server Assistant/Food Runner is responsible for working with the expo to assure prompt delivery of the food that is ready in the hot and cold windows in the kitchen. The Server Assistant/Food Runner is responsible for delivery to the tables in the Food & Beverage Outlet . The Server Assistant/Food Runner and expo work both together and independently to assure that every plate looks correct and to deliver hot/cold food in a timely manner to the guests in all outlets. The Server Assistant/Food Runner together with the service staff is responsible for bringing any additional items the guests need to complete their meal.
