This position shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he is responsible for providing support in maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and other assigned areas. This position is fully committed to ensuring that all procedures are performed to the department and company standards and serve as an ambassador for Magnolia Hotel Omaha.

S/he will be responsible to assist in providing leadership and guidance to the guest services team (may include but not limited to Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, Bell Persons, Door Persons, Drivers, etc.) in the areas of guest service, training, scheduling, and performance management for the overall successful day-to-day operations. You will be the first to welcome and the last to encourage the return of all guests and visitors. You will provide assistance with luggage and transportation needs and connect our customers with distinctively different and unscripted discoveries throughout their stay at Magnolia Hotel Omaha.

You will warmly and enthusiastically serve our guests ensuring they have everything they desire including but not limited to; alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables.

As a Magnolia Hotel, Bartender, you will use your talent to prepare and serve great alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for each guest, every time, all while enjoying the fun that each guest brings. This position will plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets, in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications.
