This position is responsible for leading the Banquet team for all banquet functions, including set-up, service, and breakdown. The Captain ensures that all personnel follow service standards to ensure that each event exceeds the guest’s expectations.
With genuine care and consideration of our guests’ expectations, you will be responsible for breaking down and bussing assigned tables for our banquet functions, and restaurant. Additionally, you will also assist our kitchen in running food for guest in our restaurant. You will warmly and enthusiastically serve our guests ensuring they have everything they desire.
You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will be responsible to respond to guest requests to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and use the freedom to go beyond to turn those guest interactions into moments of magic. In addition, you will perform general maintenance tasks, complete assigned work orders, and help in the maintenance and repairs of all the areas of the property.
This position will supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned Housekeeping staff ensuring that all procedures are completed to the established standards. This person will assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.
You will be a part of the culinary team which masterfully crafts distinctive dishes and cultivates an authentic food experience for our guests. Your food knowledge will be put to the test as you prepare, cook, and garnish meals which are distinct by design, yet true to its place.
This position shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he is responsible for providing support in maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and other assigned areas.
