The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage team is providing effecient service and high quality guest experiences in Robie's Restaurant at Magnolia Hotel St. Louis.
This position will consistently strive to maximize revenue and promote relationships through effective negotiation of services and prices in the Hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Will target and win over business via outside sales calls, hosting site inspections, planner meetings, cold calling, emailing, networking, attending industry association events, etc.

Your food knowledge will be put to the test as you prepare, cook, and garnish meals which are distinct by design, yet true to its place.
This position is responsible to assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations. S/he will train and motivate staff to exceed goals, while balancing profitability metrics. With focus on quality and production levels, the Sous Chef will lead the culinary team on their mission to exceed customers’ expectations related to food quality and dining experience.
