This position at The Woodlands Resort supports the daily operations and direct personnel supervision of the specified lounge(s). These responsibilities include but are not limited to operating within departmental budget/forecasting goals and ensuring compliance of regulatory matters specific to Food and Beverage. The Manager ensures an efficient and fiscally responsible operation through assistance in development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
The F&B Supervisor at The Woodlands Resort is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the designated Food and Beverage Outlet team. S/he will work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and optimum performance.
Drive, park, and retrieve guest/visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the Woodlands Resort, courteously, safely, and efficiently according to the hotel's standards.
This position will consistently strive to maximize revenue and promote relationships through effective negotiation of services and prices in The Woodlands Resort continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Will target and win over business via outside sales calls, hosting site inspections, planner meetings, cold calling, emailing, networking, attending industry association events, etc.
You will warmly and enthusiastically greet all incoming calls and assist callers with answers to their questions and ensure their calls are forwarded to their desired location. You are also an integral member of the team that handles emergency situations by acting as the communication center and dispatcher for the emergency response team for The Woodlands Resort.
This position shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be held accountable for the successful financial results and efficiency of the housekeeping operations to include maintenance of guest rooms, public space, and heart-of-house areas. Additionally, s/he will provide leadership, guidance, and support to the housekeeping team (to include, but not limited to, laundry and uniform teams) in the areas of guest service, training, scheduling, and performance management for the overall successful day-to-day operations. This position is fully committed to ensuring that all procedures are performed to the department and company standards and serve as an ambassador for The Woodlands Resort.
This position at The Woodlands Resort will provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible to assist in providing leadership, guidance, and support to the front desk team in the areas of guest service, training, scheduling, and performance management for the overall successful day-to-day operations. S/he often provides the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating an excellent, memorable first impression. The Front Desk Supervisor is fully committed to ensuring that all procedures are performed to the department and property standards and serve as an ambassador for the property.
With genuine care and consideration of our guests’ expectations, you will be responsible for setting up assigned tables for our banquet functions. You will warmly and enthusiastically serve our guests ensuring they have everything they desire including but not limited to; alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables.
You will be an integral member of the team at The Woodlands Resort that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome while also providing information. You will promote hotel services and amenities to the guests.
