The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of banquet management experience, a strong understanding of food and beverage financial systems, and excellent communication skills.
The Rooms Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth hotel operations by working closely with the Housekeeping and Front Desk teams. This position is responsible for managing room assignments, maintaining accurate records of guest departures, and ensuring room readiness. The Rooms Coordinator also handles lost and found inquiries, coordinates out-of-order tickets, and serves as a liaison between departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
