The Recreation/Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations related to the recreationl pool area including overseing the food and beverage operation withing the pool area, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist all guests at Pool facilities with towels, rentals, retail, and requests courteously and efficiently, according to standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all supplies, equipment and work areas and ensure guest safety and enjoyment. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Continually exemplify the attributes of property leadership corresponding to the culture of The Woodlands Resort and Coraltree Hospitality, while leading through a hands-on, lead-by-example style that creates and fosters a positive work environment.
Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of the Pool/Beach Staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. Assist all guests at Pool/Beach facilities with towels, rentals, retail, and requests courteously and efficiently, according to standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all supplies, equipment and work areas and ensure guest safety and enjoyment. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. The Engineering Administative Assistant at The Woodlands Resort will provide clerical and administrative support for the Director of Engineering, including dictation, typing, and computer input, filing, tracing, answering telephones (for entire department as required), printing reports, maintaining department files and departmental records/logs. Will provide clerical/secretarial support to other key Managers, notably Director of Engineering and Engineering Managers.
The Security Officer is responsible for the overall security of The Woodlands Resort guests and assets, and is responsible to monitor assigned patrol areas.
The Director of Marketing – The Woodlands Resort, The Westin at The Woodlands and Embassy Suites Hughes Landing -is a multi-disciplinary leadership and support function within the marketing department leading the marketing efforts for our collection. This individual will report directly to and work closely with the SVP. Their qualifications will require them to be highly organized, capable of working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects at one time including (but not limited to): website updates, social media planning and posting, email marketing campaigns, digital advertising strategy, advertising campaign development, collateral production and preparing reports and presentations.
As a Banquet Server at The Woodlands Resort, with genuine care and consideration of our guests’ expectations, you will be responsible for setting up assigned tables for our banquet functions. You will warmly and enthusiastically serve our guests ensuring they have everything they desire including but not limited to; alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables.

Will be responsible of developing, implementing and maintaining quality standards for Backtable Kitchen and Bar, including supervision, training and direction of service staff. Write staff schedules in accordance with business volumes and control costs to meet budget as part of The Woodlands Resort.
As a Room Attendant at The Woodlnads Resort, you will be empowered to provide exceptional cleaning service in our guest rooms, corridors and public areas. You will work closely with others who, like you, are fully committed to ensuring that all spaces are clean, warm, welcoming and encourage comfort.
You will warmly and enthusiastically greet all incoming calls and assist callers with answers to their questions and ensure their calls are forwarded to their desired location. You are also an integral member of the team that handles emergency situations by acting as the communication center and dispatcher for the emergency response team for The Woodlands Resort.

The Pool F&B Supervisor at The Woodlands Resort is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the designated Food and Beverage Outlet team. S/he will work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and optimum performance.

You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome while also providing information. You will promote hotel services and amenities to the guests.
This position manages the daily operations of all outlets and banquets, maintaining established quality and service standards, maximizing profits and controlling expenses.
As an integral member of the larger culinary team at The Woodlands Resort, the Banquet Chef is responsible for overseeing the culinary operation of the banquet department. S/he will train and motivate staff to exceed goals, while balancing profitability metrics. With focus on quality and production levels, the Banquet Chef will lead the culinary team and their mission to exceed customers’ expectations related to food quality and dining experience.
