As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing tasks to the highest standards at The Woodlands resort.
This position is responsible for directing and over-seeing the entire food service operations throughout the property and overall leadership in the creative development and quality assurance in culinary operations. This includes directing product conceptualization, menu engineering, recipe development, item costing, concept testing, product specification development/sourcing, implementation of new menus, and on-going quality assurance processes and systems.
Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of the Pool/Beach Staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. Assist all guests at Pool/Beach facilities with towels, rentals, retail, and requests courteously and efficiently, according to standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all supplies, equipment and work areas and ensure guest safety and enjoyment. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Continually exemplify the attributes of property leadership corresponding to the culture of The Woodlands Resort and Coraltree Hospitality, while leading through a hands-on, lead-by-example style that creates and fosters a positive work environment.
