The Pool Busser at The Woodlands Resort is responsible for working with the expo to assure prompt delivery of the food that is ready in the “hot” and “cold” windows in the kitchen. The Busser is responsible for delivery to the tables in the Food and Beverage Outlet. The Busser and expo work both together and independently to assure that every plate looks correct and to deliver hot/cold food in a timely manner to the guests in all outlets. The Busser together with the service staff is responsible for bringing any additional items the guests need to complete their meal.

The Food Runner is responsible for delivery to the tables in the Food and Beverage Outlet. The Food Runner and expo work both together and independently to assure that every plate looks correct and to deliver hot/cold food in a timely manner to the guests in all outlets. The Food Runner together with the service staff is responsible for bringing any additional items the guests need to complete their meal.
The Barback at The Woodlands Resort assists Bartenders in the serving of guests to ensure positive guest experience.
The Lead Pool Bartender will provide the highest level of guest service to hotel’s clients by greeting and interacting with guests, presenting menu and taking beverage and food orders. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages; assess customer’s needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
You will use your mixologist talent to prepare and serve great alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at The Woodlands Resort for each guest, every time, all while enjoying the fun that each guest brings. While mixing and creating, the bartender is responsible for ensuring that all state, federal and property specific policies and procedures are upheld.
You will be an integral member of The Woodlands Resort team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. The Director of Front Office Operations at The Woodlands Resort is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Guest Services, Concierge, PBX, and Uniformed Services/Transportation in an attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

This position shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he is responsible for providing support in maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping storage and linen closets and other assigned areas.
