As a shuttle driver at Suncadia Resort, you'll drive the hotel shuttles transporting hotel guests to/from assigned destinations safely, efficiently, and courteously. You'll adhere to all local and state driving laws. You'll ensure the safety and security of passengers and vehicle.

This position will support the Director and Community Associations Management team by being the first point of contact for incoming owner assistance inquiries, phone calls, emails and new owner account creation and ongoing maintenance, in collaboration with the Accounting / Bookkeeping team. Also, this position schedules meetings, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves the Director of clerical work, administrative duties, and business detail. This position requires familiarity with Community Association Management concepts and procedures, real estate escrow closing documents and procedures, and escrow demand- condominium certificates. The successful candidate will rely on in-service training, experience, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Additionally, this position will be responsible for recording Board meeting minutes and assisting with Board meeting packet creation.

This position will provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible to assist in providing leadership, guidance, and support to the front desk team in the areas of guest service, training, scheduling, and performance management for the overall successful day-to-day operations. S/he often provides the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating an excellent, memorable first impression. The Front Desk Supervisor is fully committed to ensuring that all procedures are performed to the department and property standards and serve as an ambassador for The Westin at The Woodlands.
The Senior Manager, Accounting Shared Services will be responsible for the accounting shared services activities of the Company. It is expected that these services will expand and evolve over time with the needs of the Company. Initial scope will include interim leadership for the Community Associations business unit, Clubs program accounting leadership, and process improvement for critical areas of the department including accounts payable, disbursements, and expense reimbursements. A key component of this position is to provide leadership and collaboration with other team members in the implementation of new technology and driving increased efficiency across the Company, while identifying areas of the accounting process flow which should be converted to a consolidated shared services function.
While the position can be remote, travel to Suncadia is expected 4 - 6 times per year.
